Jiggle

This needs to be me. I need to sweat it out, and lose the jiggle in 53 days.

The gym rang me to check that I was okay as I haven’t been in so long. May-jah guilt trip.

Before Thailand in Dec 2009, I was body pumping/stepping/spinning my way to a bangin’ bod with the image of a swimsuit in Thailand to motivate me.



Then I had my surgery, couldn’t work out for 8 weeks, then went on Roaccutane, couldn’t go in the sun anyway and got a little soft around the edges. After that, I was just making excuses. Booty camp did nada for me. Nada. Lite n Easy was good though. I want to go on it again just because I like the food!


The time has come to get this body back!! I’m putting it out there so I can let you judge me if I’m not bikini ready for Fiji haha.

Whats the point of paying a whopping $53 a fortnight if I am not going. I could use that for a fortnightly Shellac instead! I'll go tomorrow! Yes I will.

Dhalia

I managed to snare a complete bargain from The Dressing Room in GPO, this sweet little silk Dhalia dress at a fantastic discounted price.





When I picked it off the rack, the sales assistant said to me "Just to warn you, this dress is a terrible fit. The bust cups are too big for the size of the ribs section" which happens to work just fine for me, a big breasted girl with a small waist. Excellent. I do need to have the straps taken up though.






I don't have much in Apricot, so this is a welcome addition to the wardrobe of love.





Looking forward to wearing it in Fiji for our honeymoon!!






I can't wait to feel the sun on my skin, to eat fresh fruit and seafood all day, and to frolick in the ocean with my husband.



$329 down to $49!!

Leona Edmiston JADE Dress

I don't know whether to thank you, or to curse you Ms S for informing me that this dress was on sale on the Leona website for 30% off!!! I just bought it, woops.







I told my self last week that if I still wanted it in a weeks time, then I should buy it. Usually this is a great method of weeding out the duds, so when I realised I still really want it, I bought it online for $276.50, that's a saving of $118.50!! Excellent.


The stock photo above is the right colour and I don't have anything else in this colour. It comes in a lilac, which was so tempting but I already have a few dresses in lilac. Need to mix it up a little.
I'm already planning the perfect occasion to wear it, with my silver witchery sandles at a romantic beach side dinner in Fiji (I'll be there in 110 days!!).
I know, I need to get a life!!!!

iPhone Pics

It's that time of the week. Time to spam ya'll with my recent iPhone pics.



I'm slowly embracing winter hats. Why wouldn't I? They keep me so toasty.
At work last week I got called into one of the partners office, and on the way was trying to think what I had done wrong recently, or at least, what had they found out that I had done wrong?

It turns out they just wanted to thank me for working so hard the last 2 months and staying back after work in neccersary. The other PA was on long service leave so I was picking up her work. They gave me a $500 Myer voucher which I was surprised by! They obviously didn't need to, since I was just doing my job but it is nice to be appreciated

Anyway, I bought 2 new Hi There by Karen Walker dresses, and am trying to decide what else to buy. The above pic is one of the dress prints.
This dress was my Nannas, and it is beyond cute on. I can't wait to wear it and share it with you all. Our Aunty originally gave it to my sister Jo as her wardrobe is pretty much pure vintage, but I loved it so much that Jo gave it to me. I'm greatful that we are both small enough to wear Nannas clothing!

This pic is my screen saver on my phone and my phone is currently going thru a craze where it starts to vibrate randomly, which causes the screen to flash up all the time so I'm always looking at this cutie.


On the iPhone front, my 'silent' option has also died. So annoying but I am trying to hold out until they release the iPhone 5 before getting a new phone.

Loved this Leona Edmiston dress, but was not paying $435 (I think that's the price) for a dress that I have no occasion for.


The only occasion I could think of was a romantic dinner on our honeymoon, and pairing it with sandals. Meh.


OPI - Isn't that precious?


This is one of those annoying polishes where 4 coats still is not opaque and you can see the line where your skin ends behind the nail.

Bula Fiji!!!

I just booked flights to Fiji in November!




JetStar are having a 'Take a friend for free' sale so I spontaneously booked a holiday for S and I.




It only cost me $560 return for the two of us. What a dirty bargain.




Yippeee.




We are going for 2 weeks. I better start looking into accommodation!
