I'm Wearing a Maternity Dress

The Layering Continues

The layering of clothes to create new outfits and stay warm without spending money that does not need to be spent!

In the colder months I really can't be bothered trying to be 'stylish' at all.

I start a Boot Camp tonight, I'm pretty excited but am scared that I will be completly useless.
    See my red backpack?
    That's how stylish I am.
Every morning I come to work with my black coat, red backpack and flat shoes.
    I look at least 12.

    I am wearing:

    Asos Dress as Top

Skirt which I can't remember the brand, some cheapo.

    Voodoo Stockings

    Shu Fan Heels

My camera was broken on the weekend so am waiting for the new one to arrive (this week) and then I will be announcing the 3 winners of the Maybelline Baby Lips Give Away!!

Review & Eggs

    Happy Anzac Day.

    Lest We Forget.

Today is a beautiful day in ol' Melbourne town.

We had a fantastic sleep in until 11am and then headed out for brunch on Little Collins St.

I ordered my standard eggs benedict, and when the waitress bought over eggs with salmon I nearly dry reached. Ever since that night at the Hofbrahaus (click here for that blog post) I have never been able to eat Salmon.

Thankfully they rectified the issue quick smart.

This is the first time I have used this bag since buying it in New York City!

    Outfit Details:

    Review Skirt

    Asos Singlet

    Bodhi Bag

    Tony Bianco Wedges

    Hermes Bangle

    Von Treskow Bracelet

On another note, when the heck is ZARA going to open in Melbourne?

This is how it looked today, and for the last few months. An empty shell.

Once you go Black you never go back..

On Friday night I went to the Emerald Peacock to farewell a friend from Primary School but could not find her for 20 minutes.

I seriously walked around, and around, and up and down the stairs for 20 minutes, called her 3 times - no answer.

I felt like such a douchey loser that I left and security asked me why I was leaving so soon which resulted in me mumbling something about being a loner with no friends.

I told her I had already left as I was a big loner, but would go back for half an hour.

Security asked what happened to me being a loner.

Anyhoo, I found her. I must have walked past her 10 times. S and I went out to dinner for a delicious seafood feast at one of the Greek restaurants on Lonsdale St that we had not tried before. The food was amazing.

I bought these wedges a few hours before I headed out, they were on sale from $200 to $75 so I am happy.

I bought these black wedges from Zu on Little Bourke. The brand is Brazilio which I have not heard of before.

The leather is very soft and I was able to wear them straight away, and the next day in the rain without any rubbing.

It's hard to see my outfit since it is all black, but I am wearing a Warehouse dress from ASOS which I knotted at the knee to create some shape, my new black wedges, my long kookai cardigan, a gold cuff I got in San Fran and a tan clutch.

On another note, why would you replace white tiles with black carpet in a lift? Seriously. So much harder to maintain. At least with tiles the maintenance guy could just mop them every morning, now he will have to steam clean it to get marks out.

Lots of things wrong with this photo!

    1. Blurry

    2. See through

    3. Breasticle on show

    Enjoy.

I wore my Chanel Coco Rouge Shine Lipstick in Bonheur, but thanks to the crazy lighting in the lift, you can hardly tell.

Nope, still can't see it. But you can see my "The lights are on but nobody is home" expression.

Will take better photos all in good time.

    Not much news to share.

Got a new lap top & Internet so I can start blogging at home, hurrah! Not that I have anything to blog about... Hence this dribble of a post.

    That is all.

It is only Monday after all, and I was not well on the weekend (What's new?).

Micky Bubble!

Yesterday I had taken a sick day from work as I had a thumping headache, and spent the day watching the devastating coverage on the NZ earth quake and cleaning the house.
I threw out 3 bags full of clothes and shoes, and have 50 items to attempt to sell on eBay.
My wardrobe is certainly not so full any more.
S got home around 6 and made us a delish dinner of grilled fish, veggies and brown rice. We were relaxing watching TV - Our fave night of TV - The Office, Nurse Jackie & Californication all in a row when he had a few calls from his boss, but missed them.
He eventually rang him back, and I could hear S saying "No, No, we don't want them" and I was wondering what he was talking about when he said to me "Do you know anyone that wants free Michael Buble tickets for tonight??" I screamed 'MEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! I want them!!!!" and his boss was out the front of our apartment 10 minutes later, with us jumping in his car and heading to the concert.
With only 10 minutes to get ready, I did not even have time to put my face on!

    Full house.
There was a group of about 7 ladies sitting behind us, and all they did was bitch and moan the whole time about how crap the seats are, how they did not want to come in the first place blah blah blah whinge whinge whinge. I threw them more than my fair share of withering looks.
The supporting act were 'Naturally Seven' and if you have not heard of them, YouTube them.
They are amazing - they do not use any instruments, all the sounds you will hear are from their amazing vocals.
As soon as we saw people with glowing Daiquiri glasses, I had to have one.

I am kind of obsessed with the glass actually.

    Oh Michael Buble.
    You sexy, sexy, SEXY beast.

    He is beyond amazing.

He is a fantastic entertainer and very, very funny.
He made quite a few sexual comments, and I felt for the Mum with her young daughter infront of us. Awkward.

I was disapointed that he did not sing 'Sway', although he did an amazing Michael Jackson number.
S: "He is not even good looking and the girls go wild"
Me: "It's not about the looks, it's that voice. I would like a Michael Buble sandwhich"
    S *Dirty Look*

Trying to show my Oprah necklace, but a blurry pic does not help.

Wondering what I look like after spending all day at home with a headache and cleaning?
    Wonder no more.
    What I Wore:
    Lee Jeans
    ASOS top
    Peeptoe Heels
    Oprah Necklace
To end the night we stopped at Pie Face on Exhibition St and shared an Apple Crumble.

Thurrrrsday

How cute is this dress I got from ASOS? It is not the actual ASOS brand though.
The fabric is really soft, and light weight.

Fun embellishments on the shoulders. They also have tiny little shoulder pads.
You can see my pink bonds bra here, hopefully that was not visible all day.

    El Pinko.

You can't really tell here, but my shoes are clear on the sides.
Wearing black stockings does kind of defeat the purpose though.

    Big fun jewel .
