The wedding is taking over my life. I am so over it, I just want it over and done with. I never want to see flowers, tulle, mints or seating plans – ever again.
Of course, I am really excited for it, but am still over all the planning. It’s taken its toll on me. I have a wrinkle. Well, it’s more of a fine line – but it is still there!!
I had a bridezilla moment yesterday when S cracked a joke about planning his get away car to leave me at the alter. I told him that in no circumstances did I want to hear that joke again, it’s too close to the wedding and I am overly sensitive about anything wedding related. The poor kid looked wide eyed and shocked. I usually laugh at his jokes, not storm off and throw a tantrum.
He took me out to breakfast at The European to make me happy again, but the toast was too freaking hard, I couldn’t cut it with the knife provided, so S hacked through it, and then it cut the roof of my mouth. Gah.

They snagged the bottom of my wedding dress at my fitting, and we didn’t know what to do. I made it clear that the shoes are non negotiable.

Has anyone else noticed that Babybel cheese has changed? Not for the better either.
I went out for coffee with Greg of both Morning MC & Excuse to Begin fame last night. I was at the gym, sweating it out with hair oily enough to fry an egg on when he rang. He was sporting this man bag. 
Today I am wearing this purple silk skirt that I had made in Thailand. I might do an outfit post later. Perhaps. Time will tell.

Poor Thomas. I am in the process of pulling his jumper over his head to make him blind for a moment. He did not like it. It was funny to watch though.

The eggs are boiled in onion peel which creates the natural brown colour.
Parsley (I think) is wet, placed on the egg and then pantiehose is wrapped around it and tied with cotton before placing in the onion peel with water, whilst simmering.
Once the colour is set, we shine them with oil.
Taaa DAAAAAAA!
I took this egg home for Thomas, and he had fun breaking it and scattering bits of boiled egg around the house. 
I saved him, minus one ear.
Kid likes chocolate.

We always get Cacao chocolate at Easter from Geefa and Bet (who went overseas for the Easter break and left us to fend for ourselves) as they own a plastics company, and the Cacao chocolate comes in their plastic!
