It was the first time I had been to Silk Road, it is such a stunning venue! Now I know why people pay to have their wedding photos taken in there.
About 3 years ago Cristina went on a date with some guy, and I had a funny feeling so gave her a call and she answered and could only tell me where she was, and I asked her if she needed help, she said yes, so I grabbed my baseball bat and ran out of the house, my Dad yelled out "Where are you going with that??" and I yelled back "To save Cristina!!" and he didn't ask what exactly I intended to do with the bat, just if I needed help; which I didn't.
Anyway, I raced to Elwood Beach and found his car and I have never seen her run so fast. She jumped in to my car so quick and I lead footed it away. Turns out he was trying to sexually assault her and she was scared he would chase her if she ran! Fucker. Lucky he didn't get out of the car coz I would have messed him up.
Anyway, long story short, he was at Silk Road!!!! She freaked out when she saw him, and I said to him "Is your name Anthony?" and he looked very pleased with him self and said "Yes!!!! How did you know!?!?!". I didn't know what to do and just said "Just a hunch. Your a real Dickhead" and walked away.
After a while we moved to Long Room as there was not really anywhere to dance at Silk.
Getting a bit worse for wear...

The worst part is knowing it must only be about 12:30 in this pic as Cristina was picked up at 1am.

This photo cracks me up. 2 minutes before it was taken our convo went like this:
Lara "Why are my arms so FAT in photos?"
Me: "Just do the hand on the hip. Works for me"
The look on her face is beyond hillarious.
This is Laceys war wound.
She fell off a step (which really should not be there as people are always falling over it) and was like a cute baby giaraffe with her legs and arms flailing around the place.
After weasling our way into VIP and dancing for hours, we were escorted out.
Whatever. Did not even do anything wrong and were not as intoxicated as they thought!!
And then I broke my toe.
Don't know how it happened. But it did.
Gross huh?
I think someone must have stood on it. How else could I break a toe and have a hole in it whilst wearing heels?!
You should see it now, purple, fat, big ass blood blister. It's disgusting.
S wanted to know what took us an hour to walk home from Long Room - Well, evidently this is why.
